If more than one person at the same address uses the product, you can contact customer service for a family discount. We recommend that you place your order first, then contact us so that we have an order in our system to work with. The discount only applies for up to four people living at the same address.

No, subscription sales do not have a lock-in period. You will often receive a discounted price on the first package so that you can try the product. If you wish to continue your subscription after that, the product(s) will be sent directly to your home at the normal price. You may stop your subscription at any time, but no later than 14 days before the shipment of the next delivery. This is because we send out your products slightly in advance, to ensure they arrive at your home just before you run out. We do not want your use of the product to be interrupted, so you can experience its maximum effect. It is also possible to purchase 6 or 12 packages without a subscription at a discounted price. Ask us if we currently have any special offers on bulk orders.

Yes, you can cancel your order up to 14 days after the order date. As long as the product has not been used during this period, it can be sent back to us. Contact customer service if you would like to cancel an order. They will provide you with a return address. You can also use the cancellation form attached to the order confirmation you received when you placed your order. If you have taken out a subscription for a product, you cannot cancel it until after the first package has been delivered.

You need to be 18 years old or older to order products from us. However, our products may be used by people under the age of 18. Most of products can be used from the age of 12, but if you are under 18, a parent or guardian must order on your behalf and approve of your use of the product.

We are a Norwegian supplier, subject to strict guidelines from the Norwegian Food Safety Authority, European frameworks and the Norwegian Consumer Authority.

Food stuffs and dietary supplements
All of our products intended for consumption are produced according to HACCP, GMP or BRC, which means that our production is subject to even stricter quality controls than the regulatory framework demands. In addition, we analyse all the ingredients in a product before production, and perform external analyses on the finished product at third-party certified laboratories.

Cosmetics
Our cosmetic products are analysed and registered in the EU’s own database, which ensures that they are effective and can be safely used without worrying about what they contain. In addition, we perform external analyses on all our products at third-party certified laboratories.

No, we do not share any information with other parties, apart from that which is necessary to provide you with our services and products.

This will occur particularly in regard to delivering an order, for accounting or marketing purposes, or if you have already given you permission in advance. In connection with a delivery, the service providers we use (carriers, logistics enterprises, banks) will receive access to the data they need to complete the delivery. The service provider only has permission to use the data for fulfilment of their set tasks.

Do you know that you have the option of pausing your subscription, without cancelling it completely? Most packages arrive 3-10 days after your order, in some cases even quicker, depending on where you live. If you have still not received anything after 10 days, it could be that the package has the wrong address or that the postal service is slower than usual. Packages are posted on the day after ordering, except at weekends.

Check that the address is correct on the order confirmation you received by e-mail when you ordered
If the address is correct, wait for up to 10 days, as the package will most probably arrive soon
If the package has not been received after 10 days, contact customer service and we will help you resolve the problem
